When I first heard if you let me stay I encountered this funny fuzzy feeling, I was in cloud nine! I still get the same effect when this guy sings. There was something eerie about this voice, it lured me in!

Just seconds into one of his songs you will instantly be absorbed.

I think it’s safe to say he stays real to himself and still gives good music-which is one thing a lot of our artists fail to archive worldwide. As young as he is he adds to my "greatest soul men" list.His Album Love+War is everything butter and remains my best offering from this crooner.

One of his singles CHEATING ON ME got me saying "finally someone get's it,someone is able to take us back to the days where good music was the order of the day,I felt like saying thank you'! #OneSong&AMillionEmotions

Brilliant vocals and a use of strings finds this man  delivering a "man in the mirror"type of msg,even his video gives us the reflection msg.

This singer and song writer proves that in this modern age soul music is still relevant.You can sing from the heart,be polite and still generate a great fan base.He took me back to where music was simple,raw and inviting.

His skilful&playfully produced albums gives one a chance to experience this mans powerful vocal ability,it takes a lot for a song/album to be released and years later the sound feels like its the first time hearing it

-no wonder why one fan labeled him as a "Legit heir of Michael Jackson"

Just when you thought you heard it all the ending of this song bends your mind even further.

Now we all know that pearls are very rare.

Must say that we are very lucky enough to have this one around us.

When she started she was so Shelled and many saw her as another pretty face that will disappear in no time (guess they forgot how pearls are made……)

Homage is due to this natural cultured Pearl

Modiadie,as I again emphasize that hard work married with patience always results to a great unbreakable union. Pearl has come too far and to see her flourish like this makes me leap with overjoy.

It takes more than just a pretty face to walk in pearls shoes, with little to no Twar’s,Facebook rants and all this "celebville" chaos we forever exposed to.

Pearl lives up to her name she is rare,fine,admirable and valuable. And it takes a special eye to see all this.

Years later pearl is refined and ready to take over the world, proving again that no one Is perfect ,and showing that staying true to yourself was never at any point a sin.

Pearl makes me want to write and sing a song about her,but since I can't I find myself singing diamond's and Pearls by Prince-a song fit for queens.

The alluring voice married off with the captivating beat will make you hear sirens in your head and  wanna fall in love.

Truth be told ,I only got introduced to Matoma some few months ago and immediately had to know who was behind this musical genius,the artist name itself intrigued me,and after a little research I did,this tropical house producer proves to have done well in a short space of time-one reason why I bought my one way ticket to "fan zone"

late or not I feel very honoured to have experienced his tropical house sound's.

(though I feel like i have been living under a rock)

FALSE ALARM is a catchy up beat love song that will make you remember how it feels to fall madly in love and have butterflies in your stomach,this song was carefully crafted -no wonder why its getting Nominations like hit of the year and gaining momentum by the second.

KWESTA DAKAR BRINGING THE HEAT WHILE KEEPING COOL

I Gradually got to know him through his collaborations,and not expecting 'BAM'!His music art arrowed straight to my heart,I guess I was never ready/expectant of his razor sharp,rapid and rhythmic sound.

His mind-bending lyrics/songs always prove that he has more creativity in him that he just needs to get out there.

He shares his experiences each time, as he would call it "HIS TRUTH"! also always reminding people that he is from K1 (Katlehong) and he surely is not apologetic about it,That part of his life also helped him cultivate his skill.

I have had the luck to experience his live stage performances twice or thrice,Trust me his performances are of considerable virtuosity-from the band to him just skilfully doing what he loves,and again sharing "HIS TRUTH" allowing his fans to remind him (in his own word's) that

-HE IS NOTHING WITHOUT US!

Talk about profound self awareness.His style and image has this sense of freedom (lack of a better word)-LOVE IT!!!!

(though I know a lot of people might dispute-THINK ART PEOPLE!)

This self proclaimed #KingOfAfricanRap is doing some incredible work.

If you were perhaps planning a collaboration with "DaKing" careful! he always goes hard in the booth and might just outshine you.

I always get excited to hear his verbally artistic and witty punchlines,it takes great skill to get to his level.

If you don't know who KWESTA DAKAR IS,let me school you 

-He is that guy that found his voice and stayed true to it and never wanted to rap like these "modern day rappers" the one that brings the heat but always keeps cool! LOL

Listening to Amanda Black for the first time I thought well i have heard this voice many times before,but after carefully listening to her music  I realised that she has an incredibly unique voice.

This lady is making waves with her earworm "Amazulu",in this song she beckons the heavens to open and well mother nature seems to have listened carefully to her.

This six times MMA nominee proves that persistence, putting in the long hours and working with an amazing record label that always churns out the best of the best like #AmbitiouzEnt pays off in the end.

Her infectious voice makes one burst with joy and excitement,reason why she is getting all this online buzz and nominations.

Her debut album also named Amazulu features an array of songs "masterfully produced and written" like Separate,Crush,,Lila Uzobuya and many more,this album has 14 tracks to be exact.

This lass is one to watch out for as she seems determined to take over the music industry,we might as well rename the year 2017 to Amanda Black.

This night is bound to be lit,I think the 90% local playlist really helped a lot of nominees to be known and earn a spot in the nomination list,it also gives them the urge to work even harder.
